以“文化+ 科技”为发展方向、以数字视频为核心、以高科技为支撑，德国欧博迈亚旨在打造一个集结数字视频、科创研发、文化宣展、版权交易及相关衍生产业的文化创意园区，让马栏山成为具有国际影响力的“中国视谷 ”。

Based on the direction of “Culture+Technology”, OBERMEYER aims to build an industry clustercentering on digital video and correlated industries includinghigh-tech R&D, cultural communication, copyright trading, turning Malanshaninto China’s “Vision Valley”.

设计团队从产业研判入手，深入研究视频传媒全产业链及国际著名媒体城案例，从行业画像，产业筛选，规模效应，从业人员行为特点等方面展开细致工作，在产业定位、建设容量，功能布局，空间结构，核心建筑上给出了契合场地，切实可行，引领行业的方案。

The project team started withindustry research and judgment, conducted in-depth research on the entire videomedia industry chain and internationally renowned media city cases, and carriedout meticulous work in terms of industry profile, industry selection, scaleeffect, and behavior characteristics of practitioners, and focused on industrypositioning, construction capacity, and function layout, The spatial structure,and the landmark building provide a practical, feasible, and industry-leadingplan for the site.

§  一轴一带，三区多岛

An Urban Vitality Axis with TernarySpatial Division

通过深入研究用地特色与周边环境，德国欧博迈亚在设计规划中以城市活力轴，中央景观带实现串联，设置TOD城市综合发展区、滨河数字文化创意区和滨河生态片区三大特色组团，并辅以多个服务岛，形成一轴一带三区多岛的规划结构贯彻始终，为城市设计提供良好的发展骨架。

Based on the in-depth study of landuse and local surroundings, OBERMEYER plans for an urban axis with a clearspatial division into three zones: TOD development zone, Innovation zone andEcological zone. The linkage effect sets up a benign framework for optimizingthe city development.

§  打造三维立体城市

Vertical Planning: Advance the City Interconnectivity

三维立体城市结构由上层建筑群、中部观景平台以及下层地下空间构成。方案结合轨道交通和立体城市设置地下空间集中开发区域；结合大型公园绿地、滨河步道和绿色廊道布置集地面、空中、地下三个层次的立体慢行系统，可进行慢跑，骑行等多种活动，方便到达园区各标识性建筑与公共服务设施。为加强用地对外的联系，选择不受地形限制的吊轨，连接浏阳河两岸、金鹰城片区、滨河湿地公园、以及园区内的重要公共设施，打造互联互通的标杆性园区。

The vertical planning consists ofthe upper architecture complex, the middle viewing platform and the undergroundspace. Integrating rail transport with vertical city design, OBERMEYER plans anintensive underground development area, a three-layered slow-traffic systeminvolving wetland park, riverside trails and eco corridors that enables diverseactivities like jogging and riding. The well-connected pedestrian system makesit easily accessible for citizens to all landmark buildings and publicfacilities in this area. A hanging railway system is introduced to connect bothsides of Liuyang River, free from the geographic limitations.

Riverside Natural System: Integrate Landscapewith Eco-system

在环境设计上，欧博迈亚秉持“修复滨河湿地”、“重建生态网络”与“保障城市水安全”为三大原则，以海绵城市为核心理念，在规划中留出足够的城市生态空间，划定生态安全底线。设计将绿色空间与周边城市公共绿地相衔接，利用地形设计旱溪系统，以绿色空间为骨架，将重要的城市公共活动场所和城市轴线与核心绿地系统紧密结合，打造高生态活力的智慧城区。

In terms of environmental design,OBERMEYER sticks to the three principles: to repair the riverside wetland, torebuild the eco-network and to ensure the urban water security. With the “spongecity” concept, the plan leaves abundant urban eco-space and engages the greenspace with the surrounding city public green areas by building an ecologicalwetland park, dry streams and a weir water cycle system. Main areas of publicevents are closely connected with the urban axis and center green land, forminga smart urban community of high eco-vitality.

上海市建筑学会自2006年设立“上海市建筑学会建筑创作奖”，每两年举办一次，至今已开展了九届。基于自身的专业平台，学会邀请院士大师和业内资深专家组成评审团，具备严格公正的评审流程和专家的权威性，奖项含金量被业界广泛认可。本届建筑创作奖评选共有113个单位申报了1097个项目，皆为原创作品。历经数月的两轮评审，专家评委从创新性、导向性、先进性等方面对所有参评项目进行考量，最终产生获奖项目攻共407项，其中优秀奖48项、佳作奖162项，提名奖197项。
The Architecture Creation Awards,now in its ninth, takes place every two years set up by ASSC. It’s given to theconstructed buildings and urban/rural planning projects recognized assignificant contributions in the aspects of innovation and social-economicimpacts. This year in total of 407 prizes stand out of 1097 entries from 113agencies and institutes, in which there are 48 awards of Excellence, 162 awardsof Merit and 197 awards of Nomination.
