此次设计地块位于枣市庙渡口，现为公厕，其南、北、东侧为运河景观带，景观资源优良，但缺乏停留登高望远之所；西侧住宅区，存在较多平房，公共共享空间匮乏。设计概念来源于沧州渡口文化——木板大鼓（音乐容器）、纤夫号子歌（节奏韵律）、乌篷船（上翘形制），针对场地周边资源与突出问题入手，我们希望通过空间、场所营造，重新塑造枣市庙渡口，复现历史场景，延续运河两岸记忆。
设计通过树状结构用以塑造景观公共空间，工厂预制可完成结构单元制造，其形制可译为“悬舟”，悬舟之上可以进行：运动、讲演、远眺、休憩等活动，悬舟之下设置起伏地景空间，保证运河景观完整连续性。在地景空间内部，引入艺术展览、咖啡厅、氧气书吧、母婴室等功能，为周边居民与外来游客提供休闲场所，其屋面覆土，夏季隔绝辐射，冬季防止热量外泄，冬暖夏凉。
内空的树柱，在面临雨雪天气之时，能够将水资源引入大地，悬舟屋面铺设渗水颗粒，在收集雨水的同时亦可防滑。伴随着时间的流淌缓缓走上悬舟起翘，眺望远方，此时此刻心与自然融为一体，华灯初上，运河之畔，悬舟上翘侧面，全息投影技术的应用则是将沧州这座文化古城的魅力全方位展现。

The design concept comes from the culture of Cangzhou ferry - wooden drum (Music container), trackers' chant (rhythm), wupeng boat (upturned shape). In view of the surrounding resources and prominent problems, we hope to reshape Zaoshi Temple ferry, reproduce the historical scene and continue the memory of both sides of the canal through the construction of space and place.
The tree structure is designed to shape the landscape public space. The factory prefabrication can complete the manufacturing of structural units. Its shape can be translated as "hanging boat". Activities such as sports, lectures, overlooking and rest can be carried out on the hanging boat. Undulating landscape spaces are set under the hanging boat to ensure the integrity and continuity of the canal landscape. In the landscape space, functions such as art exhibition, coffee shop, oxygen book bar, mother and baby room are introduced to provide leisure places for surrounding residents and foreign tourists. The roof is covered with soil to isolate radiation in summer and prevent heat leakage in winter. It is warm in winter and cool in summer.
In case of rain and snow, the hollow tree column can introduce water resources to the earth. The suspended boat roof is paved with permeable particles, which can collect rainwater and prevent skidding at the same time. With the flow of time, I slowly walk up to the hanging boat and look into the distance. At this moment, my heart and nature are integrated. At the beginning of the Lantern Festival, the hanging boat is on the side of the canal. The application of holographic projection technology is to show the charm of Cangzhou, a cultural ancient city in all directions
