In December 2017, the Thomas Fire caused tremendous damage in California, huge plumes of smoke rose from the horizon as thousands of hectares blazed. Accordingly, we hope to create a resilient landscape between the natural forest and the cities to reduce losses. It can provide a new alternative to fire management in an uncertain and changing climate. Today, there are many techniques such as Remote Sensing, Artificial Rainfall Flight, Artificial Rainfall Car and firebreaks; in addition, the firefighters and volunteers can also prevent wildfire. First, in this proposal, according to the Central Place Theory, we design three service radiuses from the first level to the third level. They establish fire control zones with different levels of intensity, which seem as buffer zones between cities and forests. Secondly, this program proposes three improved design based on different fire prevention strategies including intelligent planting devices, animal protection devices and water collection devices.
