The rapid global urbanization has led tofrequent sudden disasters, and the 7.18 torrential rain event in Jinan City,Shandong Province, China has affected it so far. Based on Morphological SpatialPattern Analysis ( MSPA ), this study found that the ecological space in thecentral urban area of Jinan was occupied by urban spatial violence and theecological process was incomplete. Based on the MSPA-MCR-gravity model-circuittheory analysis method, the planning scheme of " Green Belts PartitionCity " is constructed. The ecological network is constructed by addinggreen patches and ecological corridors, and the management and controlstrategies of ecological network are put forward from the aspects of preservation,transfer, restoration and supervision, so as to realize the management andprotection of landscape ecological space after violent urbanization.
