      场地位于现代城市商洛的腹地。它曾经是古城商洛的边界,位于莲花湖公园和但河附近。然而,施肥不当造成的农田水污染严重影响了莲花湖和丹河的水质,更糟糕的是,它使市中心变成了一个死气沉沉的地方。
      有效改变的方法是什么呢?我相信新的莲花湖公园就是我们寻求的答案。
      这将是一个新的人与自然共同生存生活的新地段,它承载着古老城墙的记忆,同时适应着新的娱乐活动,也有着新的水系统。总之,古老带来的新生,将在商洛的新莲湖公园呈现。
      本案的特点就在于水净化系统。面对城市中心的“ 肿瘤 ”,为了改善现状,本案从生态现状,特别是水质问题入手,利用城墙分隔而产生的高差及水泵,形成一套自然的净化过程。经过多次循环净化,使水质恢复,生态系统恢复,激发基地新活力。沿着环形水净化系统,不同水质的区域有着不同的植被,人类的不同户外主题活动也依次展开。

This is the backland of the modern city Shangluo. It used to be the border of the ancient city Shangluo, which located near to the Lotus Lake Park and the Dan River. However, water pollution of the farmland cased by improper  fertilization seriously influenced the water quality of the Lotus Lake and the Dan River, even worse, it turned the center of the city a lifeless place.

What are the ways to make effective change? I believe the new Lotus Lake Park is the answer  we seeking for.

This will be a new area where people and nature live together. It carries the memory of the ancient city wall, adapts to new entertainment activities and has a new water system. In short, the new life brought by the old will be presented in the new Lotus Lake Park in Shangluo.

With concern to the crowded situation of “tumour” of the city center, this plan aims to make significant improvement to the current ecological status, especially issues regarding the water quality. By using the water pump and height difference created by separation of the city walls, a natural process of purification will be formed. The water quality will be improved after repeated cycles of purification, therefore the ecological system will be restored and the site will be revitalized. Along the circular water purification system, different water quality areas have different vegetation, and different outdoor theme activities of human beings are also carried out in turn.



3步策略:

       第一步是水质恢复。通过城墙高差和水泵创造水循环,打通原农田水洼,将生活用水和夏季雨水注入新莲湖,并主要利用生物手段,辅以物理手段净化水质,之后部分水源存储以备冬季(旱季)使用,剩余洁净水源将排放到丹河。

      水质恢复后,第二步是土壤恢复。由于农业垃圾、污水灌溉和大量使用含有重矿物的化肥和农药,农田受到严重污染。为恢复生态系统和土壤,本方案采用植物修复与生物修复相结合的方法。

      在生态环境恢复到一定程度时,第三步以城墙为主题的人类活动的设计也将开始。围绕古城墙,本案设计了多个观景台,利用城墙高度创造了多个观景视线。同时上下城墙的路线较多,给游人丰富的体验。

3 Steps Strategy:

The first step is to restore water quality. Through the wall height difference and water pump to create water circulation, open the original farmland water depression, domestic water and summer rain water into Xinlian lake, and mainly use biological means, supplemented by physical means to purify the water quality. After that, part of the water source is stored for use in winter (dry season), and the remaining clean water source will be discharged to Danhe river.

After the water quality is restored, the second step is soil restoration. This farmland is seriously polluted due to agricultural garbage, wastewater irrigation and extensive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides containing heavy minerals. In order to restore the ecological system and soil, this plan adopts a method that combining phytoremediation and bioremediation.

When the ecological environment is restored to a certain extent, the design of human activities with the theme of city walls will also begin.Around the ancient city wall, this project designs a number of viewing platforms, and creates multiple viewing lines of sight by using the height of the city wall. At the same time, there are more routes up and down the city wall, giving visitors a rich experience.
