春灌冬藏——孜龙湿地保护区北侧滨河区域生态恢复设计

项目基地位于四川省甘孜州道孚县孜龙高原湿地保护区内,面积约11.6公顷,为典型的高寒湿地。由于周边城市建设、水源补给不足等因素,湿地水位线近年来持续降低,水域面积不断减少,湿地植被随之退化,高原动物赖以生存的生境受到威胁。同时,流经城镇的主要河道作为湿地的主要水源补给之一水质逐年下降,虽然在出水口出修建有污水处理厂,但净化后的水质仅达到国家规定的可排放标准,需要湿地进一步净化。
面对以上问题,除了部分常规生态恢复策略,设计中基于场地的特殊性,考虑到场地秋冬季枯水现象明显,持续时间漫长,湿地植物在秋季大量枯萎,净化能力锐减,因此秋冬季污水净化厂排出的水在大半年的时间里得不到有效净化。跟进策略中一方面对秋冬季排出的水进行了截留,防止其直接流入下游河道。另一方面,利用水坝对水位的控制,增加“灌溉区”,利用截留的水漫过部分陆地植被区域,提升对水体内杂质的吸附与分解。利用可控制的水位消落时间,人工撒种修复边缘浅水区域湿生植被。宏观上,以水位抬升和水体净化为核心,带动湿地及周边生境恢复。
Design Description
The site is located in Zilong PlateauWetland Reserve, Ganzi, Sichuan. The site has an area of 11.6 hm2, and is atypical alpine wetland. Due to the construction of the nearby urban areas, lackof water sources etc, the waterline of the wetland decreases continuously inrecent years. With the decrease of water, the wetland vegetation degenerated,leading to the threat of the plateau animal habitat. At the same time, theriver  going through the downtown as themain water source is becoming dirtier and dirtier. Although there is a sewageplant at the flow entrance of the wetland, the emission principle of thepurification only meets the national principle, which means, the water stillneed the wetland to further purify.
Faced with the above problems, exceptfor some common ecological restoration methods, we based on the specialsituation of the site, which has a very long and cold winter. During themore-than-half year dormancy, nearly all wetland plants die away. So, in thelong cold times, the water discharged from the sewage plant is withouteffective purification. In the part of follow strategy, on the one hand, wedamed the water within the wetland to prevent the water from going into theriver ‘directly’.On the other hand, we take the advantage of the dam to control the waterline.We use the high water level to irrigate some above-water areas, of which theplant can absorb and resolve some of the pollutants. Also, we take theadvantage of up-and-down water level to seed the revetment, which means torestore the ecology manually. Macroscopically, this project takes the controlof water level and water purification as the core issue, at the same timeencouraging the restoration of the ecological system nearby.
