MC 露台项目位于距离城市很近的半乡村社区。从一开始，它就被构想成为一个能够嵌入地面的巨石，因此设计师计划在建造的过程中响应两个基本需求。

This project islocated in a semi-rural community but still quite close to the city. It wasconceived, since the beginning, as a monolith inserted in the ground, so wecould respond to 2 fundamental needs.

首先，该建筑不仅以一种和谐地姿态，融于其周围的建筑物群，同时又通过视觉错位的构筑技巧，使人感觉到它仿佛从大地中生长出来，融于它脚下的土地之中；其次，它的构筑特性被强化，以新空间的角色呈现出城市生活的景象。

First, the building is integrated with the surrounding constructions and atthe same time it seems to merge from the ground. Second, its character isreinforced as a space to be used as a scape from urban life.

露台结构呈系列状，从地面的最高处依次铺展开，并向下延伸——这样的构筑结构成就了不同的水平面各具不同的空间品质和特点。

A sequence of terraces is unfolded starting fromthe highest point on the ground and following downwards. Each one occupiesdifferent levels with specific spatial qualities and characteristics.

整座建筑一共有三处露台，也就意味着它能够接收来自三处不同角度不同强度的日光照射。

There are 3 terraces with 3 different solar incidences.

第一个是带全顶篷露台，这里有服务中心、厨房和一个附带壁炉的客厅。第二个是带半遮篷的露台，它配有烤架和一处能够放置餐桌的地方。

The first is the covered terrace that hosts a servicescore, a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. The second is a shaded terrace that has a grill and aplace to set a dining table.

第三个则是敞开式的室外露台，这里的游泳池能够为人们提供更为广阔而开放的视野。

The third is the outdoor terrace that hosts the pool.

整个项目在建造过程中，皆使用了当地的传统建筑技术和天然手工材料，这使设计师实现了用建筑语言，充分呈现它本土特色的愿景。而其中的例子便是那些破碎状的石墙，红粘土瓦和卡里佐天花板；地面的其余部分并未被触及——从而保护其周遭的自然植被。

Local constructiontechniques and natural and artisanal materials were used during itsconstruction. This made us achieve its vernacular character. Some examples ofthese are the broken stone walls, the red clay tiles and the carrizo ceiling.The rest of the ground was left untouched to conserve its natural vegetation.
