LUMIÈRE RIVERSIDE – A UNIQUE LIFESTYLE IN A GREEN OASIS
Entering “Lumière Riverside” feels like entering a botanical green oasis of calmness and tranquility. The landscape is lush and natural, the sounds of flowing water streams, rustling of tree leaves and sounds of twitter birds in the distance welcomes you. Various themed spaces within the green and natural landscape are reserved for the residents to relax and unwind.  

“Lumière Riverside” is an extension of the neighborhood’s lifestyle, known to accommodate a wide selection of organic stores, juice bars and yoga studios mainly catering for young professionals with international or  local backgrounds.  
The project is developed as an urban oasis which promotes a botanical and healthy living concept. This results into the vision of “ The organic lifestyle steering the design language “  
The overall patterns and geometry of the project design is driven by the leaf morphology of some common herbs such as mint, widely used is various healthy dishes or juices.

The iconic shape of this leaf pattern can be retrieved in  a variety of elements of  the project. Including customized landscape features in the gardens, the iconic pool shape and patterns together with the customized tiling and wall claddings located in the residential apartments.  This results in a truly coherent lifestyle concept with an iconic design language.  
The contemporary and luxury design includes a diverse range of creative accents that have taken inspiration of the traditional Ho Chi Minh lifestyle. This includes a wide diversity of pot planting, typically present on balconies or gardens of traditional Vietnamese houses.  

Iconic pots are placed throughout the landscape of Lumière Riverside to strengthen the project identity and to provide structure and colour. The plant selection is done sensitively to ensure a diverse experience throughout the seasons while addressing the various microclimates at  ground floor areas and podium landscape gardens.  
One of “Lumière Riverside’s” goals is to maximize the areas of green coverage through the introduction of a wide arrayof native plant species and by promoting vertical greening. This results in a project that gives back more then what it takes and supports the local ecology and biodiversity.
Besides maximizing the green area, the landscape design encourages a variety of activities promoting a healthy living environment. This includes a 250sqm. pool combined with well-sized Yoga and Wellness Gardens located in the club house garden. The garden is lushly planted with a large variety of native plants, aromatic herbs and large shading trees resulting in a truly green oasis.  

The 40m long, Infinity Pool located on the podium landscape is a pure indulgence and offers unlimited winning views of the city from 8 story’s up. The integrated Jacuzzi’s, kids play pool or Lounge pool areas provide a diverse experience ensuring a real joy for everyone’s needs. Besides a unique swimming experience, the poolside offers a wide variety of spaces to relax within the shade of a palm tree or sunbath at the designated lounge areas.  
BBQ areas are introduced at located on the podium landscape of both towers, allowing space for having family and friends’ gatherings while maintaining privacy and seclusion from the other areas.  
Workouts are better with a view towards a floral and tropical garden. “Lumière Riverside” provides state-of-the-art gym facilities with a connecting tropical garden where residents can enjoy an early morning mediation or ride on the outdoor gym bikes that have the possibility to sync their progress with their smartphones.
