Shou Chun Garden is located in the hometown of Confucius, the southern end of the main axis of Qufu City and the core area of the new city. The design vision of Shou Chun Garden is to "preserve the ancient capital, inherit the historical context, inspire Chinese feelings and create a good pattern", aiming to create a landmark community leading the direction of urban development.

居住社区主要由15栋二层中式合院、12栋小高层住宅及商业网点组成。建筑体量呈南低北高的错落之势，点板结合，整体布局注重空间的序列感与延续性，规划结构明确，层次清晰。

The residential community is mainly composed of 15 two-storey Chinese courtyards, 12 small high-rise residential buildings and commercial outlets. The building volume is low in the south and high in the north. With the combination of points and plates, the overall layout pays attention to the sense of sequence and continuity of space. The planning structure is clear and the level is clear.

主入口设置在地块北侧中轴位置，与宽阔的中心庭院连通，营造出丰富的景观形态，体现了较强的仪式感与围合感；园区内，设置了中心公共活动区和组团公共活动区，营造出宜人的邻里交往尺度。人车分流，尽量减小过境交通对各组团的影响。

The main entrance is located on the central axis of the north side of the plot, connecting with the broad central courtyard, creating a rich landscape form and reflecting a strong sense of ritual and enclosure. In the park, the central public activity area and group public activity area are set up to create a pleasant scale of neighborhood communication. People and vehicles are separated to minimize the impact of transit traffic on each group.

沿西侧大成路、东侧104 国道及北侧的政信路，布置小型商业网点，方便居民生活，与东侧一期知敬苑和北侧二期正信苑形成更紧密的联系。

Along Dacheng Road to the west, National Highway 104 to the east and Zhengxin Road to the north, small commercial outlets will be arranged to facilitate the lives of residents and form closer links with Zhijing Court to the east phase I and Zhengxin Court to the north Phase II.

外观上呼应城市风貌，采用坡顶青瓦和中式门窗，从而创建一个配套设施完备，生活便利、符合曲阜地域特征和文化氛围的绿色健康社区。

The appearance echoes the city style, using the roof of the green tiles and Chinese doors and Windows, so as to create a complete supporting facilities, convenient life, in line with the regional characteristics and cultural atmosphere of Qufu green and healthy community.

小高层楼栋是典型的绿城民国风格，采用米白暖灰色系，以经典的三段式为立面划分基础，糅合中式建筑的典型构件及装饰，具有稳重、含蓄、优雅的视觉特质。

The small high-rise building is a typical green town style of the Republic of China. It adopts the beige and warm gray system, and uses the classic three-section as the facade division basis. It combines the typical components and decoration of Chinese architecture, and has the stable, implicit and elegant visual characteristics.

中式合院设计沿袭了江南园林建筑的清雅古韵，将功能性与美观性协调统一，用现代工艺按旧制比例进行还原，做工考究，传承东方审美意趣。

The design of Chinese courtyard followed the elegant and ancient charm of Jiangnan garden architecture, coordinated and unified the function and beauty, restored with modern technology according to the proportion of the old system, exquisite workmanship, inheritance of Oriental aesthetic interest.

建筑工艺做法上，合理控制造价，且保证好的视觉效果，合院采用铝合金构件仿制古建木构件；住宅楼外立面采用仿石涂料，在保温材料机改性防火聚苯板外，贴饰聚苯乙烯泡沫（EPS）制作的各种线脚与图案。

In terms of construction process, the cost is controlled reasonably and the visual effect is guaranteed. Aluminum alloy components are used to imitate ancient wooden components.
