本工程位于高新区软件新城，云水四路以西，云水五路以东，天谷二路以北，用地性质为二类居住用地。工程性质为小区园林绿化工程。临近西安绕城高速、地铁6 号线。项目用地周边配套良好，周边绿地资源丰富，除较近的西安云水公园、西安人才公园等小型公园外，3.5km范围内还囊括了大型的昆明池七夕公园。

项目选址西安雁塔区南城板块，承载着千年古都文化应运而生。我们将古今文化载体并列呈现于同一空间，且让时间、空间、文化在此交织，流动，以艺术回溯古今，以美学对话时代，构筑起多元共生的人文印象，在西安璀璨风华中，抒写当代东方故事。

设计策略

1、如何处理与现状市政绿地之间的关系？

结合矮墙与绿化，透过植物营造更开放和具有公共属性的休闲会客形态，不仅是个人精神能量加载空间，也可以成为一个新型社交空间模糊内外界限，提升视线贯穿程度，拉伸了看向室外的视觉景深与张力

2、如何满足规划要求，结合售楼部打造人行次入口
由于消防车道占用入口空间，规划人行次入口净宽较窄，我们将礼序夹景景墙尺度拔高，打造仪式入口的形象和尊贵，最大化提升项目的高品质感受，从城市喧嚣界面中信步进入，只闻水声，俯仰之间，约3M的叠瀑映入眼帘，使空间体验愈加立体，屏蔽外界干扰

3、如何融入地域文化，打造底蕴深厚的摩登都会社区？
凝聚东方人文与现代雅意的美学， 将动与静，虚与实含蓄表达，流露一种克制的优雅

设计理念

以“摩登所致 艺术于合”为设计理念，整体呈现外奢内雅的景观气质。展示区外部超长延展面,谱写出气势震撼的摩登领地。内部院落空间将摩登生活的细腻衍生于此，层层递进式赋予景观独特的空间感受与场景调性。

它的美意是设计用心的雕琢，在实用性和美学之外，成为一座城市的精神符号。映衬背景若隐若现，树木掩映显灵动、背面水院波光粼粼，谱写深层次的礼序感，引人踏入其中拥有府邸般尊贵感受。

森罗万象，包揽万物，丰富的有趣的儿童乐园，调动儿童玩的动性，激发孩子对大自然的探索，对世界的想象。秋千、摇摇椅、平衡装置……串联有趣的设施，激发孩子身体机能健康发展，让孩子们在乐园里快乐的成长。
